Bigfork is RV-friendly, You should have no problem finding the services you need to enjoy your stay.

Getting Around

If you’re driving in or around Bigfork, most roads are fine for RVs and travel trailers.

A Word to the Wise

Roads in the very center of town, such as Bridge Street and Electric Avenue are not suitable for large vehicles. Most notably, the historic Swan River Bridge is a one-lane bridge with a weight limit that cannot accommodate heavy loads. Please use alternative transportation or expect a short walk when visiting the center of downtown Bigfork.

Parking and Camping

There are over a half-dozen parks in Bigfork where you are welcome to park your RV. Nearly all of them offer both electricity and a dump site for your convenience.

Tent Camping

When you tent camp in Bigfork, you’ll get the best of both worlds: rustic camping along the shores of Flathead or Swan Lake with the amenities of town only a few miles away.
